Voices of the Minor Arcana - Cups
Tarot of the Fool meets SOHAIP
Tarot of the Fool meets SOHAIP
It's been a while since I started working on the SOHAIP project. Even more time has passed since I created Astore Faber - the new name and new direction.
I am constantly trying to convince myself that the project is worth sharing and that its destiny is not in the hands of little gods orbiting my universe. I want to believe I have the energy to maintain the project's essence, not turn it into a fad or an excuse, but to preserve its main purpose and allow it to exist.
It is slowly stabilizing in my mind, characters come to life while archived dreams appear on the horizon. One of those dreams is so complex and solid that I am determined to publish it in the third quarter of this year.
I changed the title slightly, but that is all I intend to change.
It is my 1st attempt at writing a novel, and it is not horrible. Grammar needs polishing, a few minor changes to sentence structure, other than that, whatever it is - it will be out there.
So, back to the reality of SOHAIP. It continues to breathe, it continues to form, and one day it will be born. Not in a hundred years, not in 20, not even in 10 or 5, much sooner than that.
In the meantime, I continue working - pressed for time, starved for financial autonomy, challenged by social and family dynamics.
It is what it is - I say. In the end, SOHAIP is not simply an art & craft project, it is not a hobby, it is my life's signature. My energy, my blood, my mental anguish are in it. It is who I truly am - it is who I have decided to be many years ago - it is my life and soul.
