A mythic introduction to the world of SOHAIP

Where does the realm of our human choices lie? Where do the mirrors of our consciousness reside?

How and what we see is a complicated maze—full of clues and challenges, dead ends and apparent revelations. And still, after thousands of years of thinking and wondering, we are no closer to understanding this maze for what it truly is. Every time we believe the answer is near, the light of discovery slips further away.

As we walk through this mysterious labyrinth, we are guided by many ideas, passions, and sensations. One of the most powerful among them is faith. It forms a beacon—when we hold it, we feel aware. The light of awareness takes different shapes for each of us: some see magnificent beings, some see nature, some see pure thought. But most of us (if not all) long for this light, because without it, we stumble in painful darkness, desperate for an alternative—an ending, an answer, an escape.

I, too, walk the shady streets of a stone-walled warren, guided by a light that once felt like the torturous fire of hell—until I realized: the more I tried to extinguish it, the stronger it burned. When I let go, it illuminated my path and freed me from the spiderweb of illusions life had spun around me.

Not to be overly dramatic (which is, admittedly, my middle name—paired with mysticism), this project is a reflection of that journey. Of many journeys: witnessed, imagined, remembered. All wrapped in a starlight cloak of symbolism and a fairytale’s gentle charm.

The story, carrying the name SOHAIP (Stories of Hope and Inner Peace), is meant to kindle the light within—to cherish it, to support it. Whether it fulfills that purpose is not for me to say. That’s for you to decide.
